Yes. Your bin needs to be empty before we clean it. Please make sure it is accessible after your waste has been collected so we can complete the cleaning service.

No. You do not need to be at home. As long as your bin is empty and accessible, we can carry out the cleaning.

Your cleaning needs to take place after your waste collection. When booking, we ask for your normal bin collection day and the date you expect your bin to be empty. We use this information to arrange your cleaning at the appropriate time.

You can book a one-off clean or choose a recurring cleaning plan every 4 weeks. Commercial customers requiring a different frequency can contact us to discuss a tailored arrangement.
