BINFRESH
Cleaner Bins. Brighter Spaces.
Professional wheelie bin cleaning and power washing services for homes and businesses across Arklow, Gorey, Wicklow and surrounding areas.
Binfresh Brand Colour Palette
I’ve now finalised the Binfresh colour palette based on the direction you provided. I’ve kept your original colours and added a very dark navy for typography and a very light aqua for secondary backgrounds.
-
White — #FFFFFF
Main background colour. Used for the majority of the website and other clean, open spaces. -
Very Dark Navy — #0B2638
Main text colour. Used for headings, body text, navigation and other typography where strong readability is needed. -
Fresh Green — #22A447
Primary brand colour. Used for main CTAs, key highlights and elements associated with wheelie bin cleaning and freshness. -
Deep Navy Blue — #123B5D
Supporting brand colour. Used for darker sections, secondary elements, branding and areas where we want to reinforce the professional and reliable side of the business. -
Aqua Blue — #21B6C7
Accent colour. Used more sparingly for water, spray and pressure-washing elements, as well as selected highlights and graphics. -
Very Light Aqua — #F5FEFF
Secondary background colour. Used to gently break up white sections and create subtle highlighted areas while keeping the overall look clean and fresh.
The overall approach will be White + Navy as the foundation, Green as the main Binfresh accent, and Aqua as the water/power-washing accent.
This should give us a consistent visual identity that works across the website, van, clothing, business cards and other marketing materials.
Logo design
I’ve prepared a first version of the logo based on your original concept, with a few changes aimed mainly at improving how the logo works at smaller sizes.
The logo has been created as a vector, and I made the following adjustments:
-
Removed the small water droplets underneath the logo, as I felt they were unnecessary and could make the design look too busy at smaller sizes.
-
Slightly adjusted the size and positioning of the water droplets above the wordmark.
-
Changed the direction of the leaf above the “I” to make it work better with the overall shape of the logo.
-
Reduced the thickness of the lower aqua wave slightly and moved it a little further away from the text, so the elements don’t merge together when the logo is used at a smaller scale.
I think this gives us a good balance. There are enough visual elements to communicate the cleaning, freshness and water aspects of the business without making the logo too complicated.
I also think the colour balance works very well. The amount of each colour feels right, and the combination of green, navy and aqua gives the logo a clean, fresh and professional look.
Have a look when you get a chance and let me know what you think.

Social Media & WhatsApp Profile Version
For social media and WhatsApp profile images, I’ve prepared a more compact vertical version of the logo.
The reason for this arrangement is the square and circular format used by most social media profile images. The standard horizontal logo would need to be reduced significantly to fit the available space, which would make the wordmark and smaller graphic elements harder to read.
By stacking BIN above FRESH, we can use the available space much more efficiently while keeping the logo large, clear and recognisable. The leaf, water element and lower aqua wave are also positioned to work within the compact format without competing with the main wordmark.
This version is intended specifically for profile pictures, WhatsApp, social media avatars and other small square applications, while the horizontal version remains the primary Binfresh logo for the website, vehicle branding, printed materials and wider layouts.

Business Card Design
For social media and WhatsApp profile images, I’ve prepared a more compact vertical version of the logo.
Please check that all the details on the business card are correct. I’ll also send you a copy of the mock-up file by email for your reference.
