How Our Subscription Works

This page effectively serves both as a guide for existing subscribers and as a sales landing page for new customers.

I Have an Active Plan

  • Log in to your Binfresh account.

  • Go to Book Your First / Next Cleaning Date.

  • Choose a date when your bin(s) will be empty and ready for cleaning.

  • Your included cleaning session will be used when you make the booking.

  • You can book one cleaning session per 4-week billing cycle.

Don’t Have a Subscription?

  • Choose the cleaning plan that suits your needs.

  • Complete your subscription securely online.

  • Your plan will give you access to Book Your First / Next Cleaning Date.

  • Log in to your account and choose your first cleaning date.

  • Your included cleaning session can then be used for your first service.
